    Team Building

     This course focuses on transforming a group of people to a team of motivated                           individuals who work smoothly towards a common goal. Delegates are introduced to the concept of Team Roles and explore different ways of recognising and establishing their roles within the team. This knowledge enables team workers to manage their roles and responsibilities in the team and avoid gaps or overlaps in roles.

     Project Management

This module will provide you with a complete toolkit of project management skills (distilled from a number of sound project management “methodologies”) and an overview of various project planning techniques. The course has been developed to help you focus on a project you are actively involved in (or one that is about to commence). You will apply a number of tools to real life situations and leave with a clear understanding of the major management issues and the basis of a clear and workable project plan.

Performance Management

This course aims to enhance your self-awareness and capability and provide tools and techniques that will assist to achieve optimal results through the effective management of individual’s performance. Through the use of, communication models you will learn how to conduct “difficult conversations” that address underperformance in a way that promotes a results-driven and motivating working environment. In addition, learn how to manage high potential employees to ensure that are challenged, motivated and contributing to the success of the organisation.

Leadership & Management Skills

Getting the most from people and organisations requires strong leadership skills. As Great leaders are known for their strong vision, the care they offer for their team, sheer passion for their cause and the tremendous support they provide to help people grow     and become better at what they do.This course covers a variety of topics on     leadership and communication skills. It is ideal for those who have had some   experience in managing or supervising people and want to improve their skills further. The course follows from Leadership Skills and it is assumed that delegates are already familiar with the concepts discussed in that course.

The course provides examples on decision making, delegation skills, managing people and resources, managing brainstorming sessions, crisis management and so on. In addition, delegates get to practice giving short talks to their team or clients in order to improve their public speaking skills.

    Communication Skills

This course has been designed to accommodate two types of delegates with different communication needs; one group are co-workers who already know each other and want to improve their intercommunication skills and the other group are those delegates who don’t know each other or have not worked in the same team before. This group could include anyone from newly employed floor worker to managers, executives and team leaders. The course contains various optional   content that you can use to tailor the course based on your delegates' needs

Delegation Skills

Too many people use delegation as a way of offloading routine tasks which they don’t like or don’t think they have the time to do. However, used properly, delegation is an effective way of managing personal time and developing staff. Delegation should be done at thecorrect time, include challenging tasks, and the responsibility for achieving those tasks.

 At the end of the course delegates will understand the need for delegation and how personal and organisational efficiency can be improved through systematic delegation. They will be able to make better use of their own and their subordinates’ time and be able to prepare and manage a delegation plan

Events Management

The course covers fundamental project management techniques as well as providing useful guidelines and tips on strategic management, handing event operational issues, choosing venues and scheduling. Throughout the course, examples and case studies are provided so delegates can understand the nature and complexity of various parts of event management better. Numerous exercises are also provided to help delegates immediately apply the techniques to a particular event that they plan to manage. The systematic design of this course facilitates understanding conflict, detecting signs of  conflict escalation, responding to such signs with appropriate action and finally using effective techniques to resolve the conflict. This course focuses on positive and  productive aspects of conflicts and explains how we can benefit from situations which   are often perceived as negative and destructive. Conflicts, if managed correctly,   increase understanding and wisdom. Delegates will be introduced to a variety of psychological tactics sometimes used by others as a way to create a conflict. This course will radically change the way you write and make you a better communicator.  Although focusing on report writing, the course touches on all aspects of your daily written work, from emails to proposals and other documents.

 This course uses a wide range of techniques–group work, presentations, analysis of own reports and other pieces of writing, and exercises to practice new writing skills. Objective-oriented activities will help participants prepare to apply new learning at her/his workplace

Decision Making

This class teaches participants effective problem solving and decision making skills. The instructor will guide participants through the process of identifying root causes of problems,generating solutions to problems, establishing decision-making criteria, and using those criteria to select the best alternative solution to problems. Participants will learn to evaluate the benefits and risks of individual versus group decision-making approaches. Case situations will be used to help participants learn how to apply the problem solving and decision making processes to their own work situations.

It is tailored to provide either an overview of multi-cultural issues in the workplace and/or to provide insight into a particular religion, race or nationality.  As well as giving guidance on the particulars of certain religious or ethnic groups, the programme seeks to provide practical steps to help overcome diversity issues within the workplace

     Problem Solving Skills

    The aim of this exercise-driven course is to get the delegate practice these techniques in a simulated environment working on smaller problems. This allows them to learn how  these techniques work. If the delegates are from the same organisation, you can alsorun it as a team building course where delegates go through a shared experience   while solving problems. They will learn how to work together and improve their communication skills.
